Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal (Angrerett)

Under the Norwegian Cancellation Act (Angrerettloven), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. This applies to all subscriptions and one-time purchases made through our Service.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at support@centipawn.app within 14 days of your purchase. You do not need to give a reason.

Important: When you use credits (analyze a game, use the chat, or start a training session), you consent to the immediate delivery of digital content. Credits that have been consumed are not eligible for refund, as the digital service has been delivered. Unused credits remain eligible for refund within the 14-day period.

Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to your plan's features until then.

Within 14 days of first payment: Full refund for unused credits. If some credits have been used, you will receive a partial refund for the unused portion.

After 14 days: No refund for the current billing period, but your subscription will not renew. You keep access until the end of the paid period.

Booster Packs (One-Time Purchases)

Credit booster packs are delivered instantly upon purchase.

Within 14 days of purchase: Full refund if no purchased credits have been used. Partial refund for unused credits if some have been consumed.

After 14 days: Non-refundable, as the digital content has been delivered.

Free Trial

New accounts receive a free trial period with Premium features. No payment is required for the trial, so no refund applies.

Technical Issues

If a technical error causes an analysis or training session to fail after credits were deducted, the credits will be automatically refunded to your account. If automatic refund does not occur, contact us and we will restore the credits manually.

This applies regardless of the 14-day withdrawal period — technical failures are always eligible for credit restoration.

How Refunds Are Processed

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method.

To request a refund, email support@centipawn.app with:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request (optional under the 14-day withdrawal right)

We aim to process refund requests within 5 business days.

Disputes

If you are not satisfied with our handling of a refund request, you may contact Forbrukerrådet (the Norwegian Consumer Council) for assistance, or submit a complaint through the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
